Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Free shipping on US orders over $144.98 (lower 48 States only) - max 20 units
- Products that do NOT qualify for Free shipping include: All Warehouse LightBlaster tubular skylights. These are very large boxes.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.
Geographic Coverage
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not currently available.
Alaska and Hawaii: Orders Can Be Placed By Phone! Additional shipping charges may apply due to remote location surcharges from carriers. Please call in your order so we can give you an accurate shipping rate.
Large Item Shipping
Ventilation units and tubular skylights are considered oversized items and may require:
- Freight shipping via truck delivery
- Special handling fees
- Residential delivery appointments
- Curbside delivery (customer responsible for moving items from curb)
Large item shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. You will be contacted with freight quotes before shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Tracking information via SMS (if phone number provided)
- Delivery status updates
Track your order using the carrier's website or the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Lost Packages: Contact us if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it. We'll work with the carrier to investigate. Most carriers can send an email with a photo of where the package was left, so see if the photo helps you locate it.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible before shipment for an additional fee.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes for large items
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight forwarding companies
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons:
- Processing times may extend to 5-7 business days
- Customer service response times may be longer

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all stickers and paperwork, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at sales@solarblasterfans.com and request an RMA number.
Include a copy of your receipt with the RMA # written on it inside the box. Also write the RMA # on the outside of the box near the shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and buyer must provide a tracking number to Solar Blaster to guarantee refund or replacement of item. Email the tracking number to sales@solarblasterfans.com and include the RMA # in the subject line.
CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are not returnable nor refundable. This includes large orders placed over the phone as well as custom builds for your specific application.

Once the item is received, inspected and found to be in good working order by Solar Blaster, there is a 20% restocking/re-boxing inspection fee to be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to process upon receiving returned item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return (RMA #) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like consumable goods (such as caulking/sealant) and custom orders (such as large orders placed over the phone as well as custom builds for your specific application). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Fire Sale items or Seconds (ding/dented) items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once the item is received, inspected and found to be in good working order by Solar Blaster, there is a 20% restocking/re-boxing inspection fee to be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will take 3-5 business days to process upon receiving returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at sales@solarblasterfans.com.
